libintl-serbian-latin is a LD_PRELOADable library which converts Serbian 
Cyrillic to Serbian Latin on the fly, by providing replacement *gettext
calls (no ngettext calls yet).

It was based on code by Danilo Šegan <danilo@gnome.org> and Bruno 
Haible <bruno@clisp.org> for GNU gettext libintl and recode-sr-latin.

Uses: xalloc from gnulib
